I wanted an inexpensive guitar to get back into learning to play. Having bone nut and bridge as well as a solid top are some of the features that I wanted. This guitar does not disappoint. Perfectly finished, no sharp edges on the frets, action is perfect as far as recommendations go! Stays in tune very well after initial string stretch of a few days.
Great sound. The strings might need an upgrade but for learning they are more than fine. I"m quite impressed with this guitar. Case is nice too. Tuner works perfectly. For anyone looking at a guitar , I'd also recommend a guitar stand too. When you are learning having the guitar ready to go quickly will make it easy to grab it and play. If you have to always take it out of the case to practice, you won't do it as often!

This guitar has a great sound and is nice and consistent to play. The glossy finish looks great and the extras such as tuner, capo and picks make this a perfect gift. The case is nicely padded and seems pretty rugged too. You can't really go wrong at this price - I'm very pleased with my purchase.

This is my first guitar and I have to say I'm very happy. The guitar looks amazing, very glossy as you can see from the pictures and video and the wood used looks very nice. The headstock in particular has a very nice grain and dark colour.
How does it sound? Brilliant, the low end especially on this guitar is very well produced. I started on a ukulele but that doesn't compare to the range of a guitar. As I am a beginner myself I can't compare this to other guitars but I'm sure you'll be happy with the sound, I certainly am.

Donner Solid Top Acoustic Guitar Kit
Exceeded all expectations. The quality and value of this guitar is probably impossible to top.
First off the guitar is thoughtfully packaged with a load of extras in an accessories bag, spare strings, clip-on digital guitar tuner, strap, pick guard, winder, capo, plectrums, truss tool, cleaning cloth, and thoughtful little extras like chord chart and string action gauge. Donner really have gone the extra mile and seem to have thought of absolutely everything. All of these extras can fit comfortably into the ample pocket on the front of the provided gig bag. The gig bag itself is sturdy and well padded, and has rucksack type straps as well as the standard handle.

This is a beautiful guitar made of a solid spruce top with laminated mahogany back & sides with a glossy finish. It’s so pretty and shiny! Not only does this look nice, but it sounds nice and rich as well. My other friend who has been playing guitar for years came over and I showed her this guitar. She tested it out and played it and said that she was surprised and impressed at the sound quality considering this was a beginner guitar. She says this is a great value for everything that I got and was surprised it came with all of the amazing accessories!

This is an awesome guitar for the price. It looks great, has a full and resonant tone, and rich lows and highs. The guitar itself came with a padded gig bag, picks, a chromatic tuner, a strap, and Allan wrench, an extra set of strings, and a couple other accessories. Out of the box there were no problems with the guitar and it played fine. There were no problems in the finish as far as I could see. The only downside is that the guitar is not acoustic electric, so you are not able to plug it in directly to an amp or audio interface. Overall, though, it’s a great guitar.

The guitar itself really surprised me with its value for money, I've bought guitars twice its price for worse quality. It comes with all strings already attached saving any set up hassle so it's ready to play immediately. The sound is superb and it's easy to play. Another bonus you find on this guitar that isn't found on most models in its price range is that it already has strap bolts attached for you to attach your guitar strap to, avoiding the stress of drilling them into the guitar yourself.
Which leads me on to the gear it comes with. Alongside the great guitar, you get a clip-on tuner, a capo with different sized picks, a cloth for cleaning your guitar, a guitar strap, an Allen key, an attachable pick guard, a pair of replacement strings, a carry case for your guitar and a bag to store all of your gear in. The clip-on tuner functions well and comes with the necessary batteries included. The capo also functions perfectly and the addition of four picks of different sizes (Two 0.71mm and two 0.46mm) allows the user to learn early on what style picks they prefer (I wish I had learnt this from the start, it would have made the learning process a lot easier). The helpful chord diagram included is also very helpful.
Overall, I would highly recommend this starter pack for any beginners looking to start learning guitar or even as an upgrade for some more experienced guitarists.

I wanted a guitar made from real woods, not plastics or laminates, with a bone nut and saddle for better resonance. I also wanted it to come with some kind of gig bag. Not a lot to ask you'd think, but in fact nearly all 'budget' guitars are not made from real woods and almost always use plastic nuts and saddles. The Donner DAD-812 met all my requirements and what's more comes complete with a digital tuner, strap and various other accessories. I own several Donner pedals, all of which have impressed me for quality v price, so decided to give this dreadnought a try.

Quality offer by Donner is excellent keeping in mind to price in industry as i bought from local market the finish and workmanship is not likely the same. Also it comes with bundle kit for setup tune and string and for tools that one will love as a beginner

This is a very nice looking and sounding guitar. The overall finish and workmanship is quite good for a guitar in this price range. The sound has a beautiful rich deep tone that is likely due to the solid spruce top and bone nut and saddle. The tuners are nicely finished in black and are not too bad for keeping tune. The guitar comes with a tuner, a gig bag, capo, string winder and a quality extra set of strings and a strap so this is perfect for the beginner or intermediate player wishing a nice low cost instrument that plays well and sounds great for a reasonable cost.
The overall package is a great deal and love the sound of the guitar as has a deep richness to it.
The gig bag and accessories are a great addition and the guitar alone is well worth the asking price so these are a bonus. I also like that they provide a pick guard that you can chose to place on the guitar if you wish pending your playing style.
All in all an excellent value and comparable quality that will hold its own in this category.
