How long will the order take to arrive?

It usually takes 24 hours to prepare items. After an order is shipped, it usually takes 3-5 business days for delivery. However, special holidays, promotional seasons, and occasional emergencies will affect delivery time. If you have questions about logistics information, please contact us.

How can I track my order?

Generally, we will email you tracking info in 24 business hours after the order being shipped out.
If you do not receive the email, or there is no update on page tracking in 2-3 business days after your order is shipped out, please contact us for more details.

Which country do you ship to?

Orders from this store would be only shipped to Australia. No cross-border shipments. For other countries, please order from the store in the corresponding country.

What's the shipping fee?

Some small and medium-sized items will be charged an over-length surcharge of A$9.99 when they are shipped to Australia. And for large products shipping to the Northern Territory and Western Australia will be charged a $150 AUD remote shipping fee and the Tasmania and South Australia will be charged a $60 AUD remote shipping fee.

(Due to the fact that some orders with remote addresses / oversized items may be subject to additional shipping charges, we recommend that you contact us before placing your order to get an accurate confirmation of the delivery charges. Our team is always available to assist you in determining accurate shipping costs, so keep an eye on your order email.)

Why was my package returned?

There are multiple possible reasons:
1) Wrong or incomplete address.
2) Invalid phone number.
3) Unable to deliver.

Why does it shows my package has been delivered but it hasn't?

If your package says it was delivered to your location, please check around porches, at back doors, behind planters, your mail box, or with other household members, neighbors or the leasing/central receiving office if applicable.

In most of the cases, packages might be delivered to your mail box or signed by your neighbors. We suggest you check in your mail box and with your neighbors first. Or you can check with the shipping company with your tracking number and your ID card.
