How to Place an Order
Step 1: Select and Add to Cart.
Choose your favorite instrument and add it to your cart or purchase it directly.
Step 2: Enter Shipping Information
Enter your email address and correct shipping information, following these recommendations:
- Use a standard address format.
- Avoid visual descriptions of your house.
- Include your house number. Add any additional details in the "Notes" or "Address 2" fields.
- Double-check that all information is correct.
Step 3: Apply Discount Code (if you have one)
Step 4: Select Payment Method
Choose your preferred payment method:
- Credit Card (VISA / Mastercard / American Express etc.)
- PayPal
- Credit Card / Local Payment Methods
- Klarna
- Afterpay

If your order status shows "pending" or "expired," please don't worry. Verify your payment and send us proof of payment. (Email: service@aumail.donnermusic.com/ marketing@donnerdeal.com)
Please send a screenshot of the receipt showing:
1- Name of the bank or card issuer
2- Last 4 digits of the card used
3- Payment amount and date
4- Merchant name or order number
⚠️ Do not send the full card number, CVV/CVC, or passwords.
Once payment is verified, we will process your order immediately.
