I love this piano! Very easy to assemble, and very sturdy, which was a concern for me, not being able to see it before I bought it. The full 88 keys was a must for me. But it is also compact and fits perfectly in the space. A lovely accoustic sound. The piano stool also very sturdy, and a great space under the seat to store my sheet music. My purchase was also delivered faster than I expected. I am very happy with my new piano and piano stool. Thankyou.

Unbelievable value! We had a pretty good Yamaha before this, but the chords failed so I took a chance on the Donner.. I’m so glad we did… the Roland at this price range was no where near as good and it’s a fab piece of furniture. I was taking a risk getting it, but so glad I did!

The piano is lovely! Easy to assemble, sounds good. However, it seems to have missing/incomplete letters of the brand on the sheet holder. Doesn’t affect the playing though, so it’s okay.

Managed to assemble on my own (single mum) but two hands would have been much easier.
Only feedback I’d give is that the blue tape used to keep the cover down to protect the keys, left blue sticky marks when removed. I’ve been unable to completely remove it yet, and it does bother me.
Otherwise a great little piano keyboard, plays beautifully.

The piano has a beautiful sound and looks great. We had a friend put it together for us and he did it really quickly. The only thing issue was I thought I was buying the bench as well as I selected that choice when buying but it would not let me buy it at check out. That is why 4 stars and not 5.

This is worth every penny! It fits in a smaller space. It's attractive. It really feels and sounds like a piano. I love that it has a volume control. You can plug in headphones so that you can practice anytime without disturbing others. I absolutely love it.

I settled on the Donner DDP-100 model after reading several reviews for this and other models. I was slightly nervous because reviews were a bit mixed recently, but thought it would be worth the chance, considering our needs (2 beginners...really all 4 of us are at a pretty basic skill level). We have to travel an hour to find a good piano shop that has a decent inventory and the high-end brands didn't really have reviews that sounded all that much better compared to this one.
Packaging:
I will say that it came very well packaged: box was sturdy, pieces were securely fit in styrofoam, and each piece was individually wrapped in plastic to protect the finish. I assessed each piece for any signs of damage or defect and found only a small drip of glue on the front of the keyboard that is BARELY noticeable.
Assembly:
Again, reviews were mixed about how easy it is to get this assembled. Some swear it is a 2-person job, while others say one person can handle it. I was really nervous as I started to assemble the base because it didn't seem terribly sturdy initially. It took a bit to get it all screwed together. One of the caster inserts wasn't installed correctly and came out when I was trying to adjust a screw, but it was a very easy fix. Once the base was assembled, the whole unit felt more sturdy and it looked great. I was able to pick up the keyboard unit by myself and put it on the base without assistance. It took just a little bit of work to line everything up, so I could attach the keyboard to the base, but I'm pleased to say that yes, it is entirely possible for one person to assemble this without help. It took about 40 minutes to assemble and would have been less, had I not had the issue with the caster. Still, assembly was very easy and it looks great. There was just one little issue with one of the brackets that supports/connects the keyboard to the base being slightly lower that the others, so there is a visible gap, but the screw still was able to be secured at that corner and if I felt like it was a bigger deal, it wouldn't be hard to fix.
Sound Quality/Playability:
Other reviewers note that it takes a little more effort to push the keys than other pianos, but honestly...not that much. It was very easy to adjust to the resistance of the keys and I think it will be perfect to help strengthen the fingers of our beginners. My daughter (age 7) sat down right away and started playing with no problem. As for the sound quality, WOW! If you were listening with your eyes closed, it would be difficult to guess that you were listening to a digital piano. The quality of the sound is incredible! They keys feel great; the foot pedals are nice. Everything about this looks, feels and sounds beautiful. We haven't tried any of the additional hook-ups yet (audio in/out, usb jack, etc.), but I also don't foresee us needing to use them all that often.
Overall:
I'm so glad I went with my gut on this one. This is a wonderful digital piano and I am excited for my family to use it.

I am a 40 year pianist and piano teacher. I needed a digital piano for learning students that had a great feel and good sound. This instrument did the trick for a very fair price. You will not get bells and whistles like different sounds/synthesized sounds...but you get a very lovely instrument that sounds and feels like a real piano. I'm being very particular with this note-the upper register does sound a little bit tinny, but it is barely noticeable so this is a great instrument for all levels to learn on. It is an even better instrument for the teacher with many students. Last note-very easy to assemble with great pedals.

I read all the reviews before purchasing. It’s much heavier than what I expected. Two people are needed for assembly. Easy to assemble and looks amazing. Sound is amazing. Ordered the bench separately. Definitely recommend.

The item arrived damaged due to a broken box (not seller's fault). After reviewing photos of the damaged pieces the seller sent an entire replacement product at no cost to me. The replacement came very quickly! Their customer service was quick and efficient and they fixed any issues completely. The product itself is very beautiful and the quality of the piano is great! It truly seems like a real piano instead of an electric one. And the keys are weighted better than with other models I've tried. Looking at the pieces and assembling I was wondering if the product would be sturdy enough but it's amazingly sturdy when put together. Just very impressed all the way around. Would definitely buy from this seller again!.

It's alright for the price point. I think it sounds good through the headphones though. The keys are also way too heavy. I'll need to do some extra practicing in the near future because my fingers get tired after 5-10 minutes of playing.

Absolutely love my digital piano, it came really fast and was easy to put together.
I play almost every day and it's great that I can put my headphones in and play without disturbing everyone in the house. The sound is really authentic and it's the perfect size to fit my house. The headphones need a 6.3 (or 6.5 I think)adaptor so you need to buy one as most headphones are a 3.5 and didn't fit initially, otherwise it's been super easy to use.
