I was hesitant in getting a piano because I haven't played in years. This was a great choice because of the options of volume and headphones. It was easy to assemble, just needed help with main keyboard because it needs 2 people. Think it looks pretty darn nice in place.

This really is a great product for your money. Super clean design. I chose the 90 because of the flip up key cover. It makes it look more like a upright piano. Right off the bat, the assembly was pretty easy. Just needed a screwdriver, but lifting the actual keyboard onto the base was a bit difficult. I’m tall, and moderately strong so I was able to lift it by myself. To ensure that you don’t damage anything, I’d say have 2 people assemble. This is your plain, no frills piano. It only has the piano setting, which I wanted. Easy on/off push button. 2 headphone ports on the bottom left of the keyboard. This thing gets loud. Loud enough to disturb your neighbors. The speakers are relatively good. The Bass notes really thump, while the top notes are really clean and crisp. The middle section of the keyboard sounds kind of lackluster, and doesn’t really hold the sustain for long. But like I said, I really do enjoy this for the amount of money. The customer service is also really good. They made sure to check in and make sure everything was working fine. All in all, I say go for it if you want a statement piece for your home. This isn’t just for beginners!

I needed a practice instrument that was inexpensive and would fit well in the tiny home I currently live in. The keys feel very similar to an actual piano. The sound is ok but definitely sounds like an electronic instrument. At only 14” deep it does fit well in a small space. I do like that when the dust cover is up, it does resemble the look of a small upright piano…definitely a better look than many digital pianos. I also like that it has all three pedals including the sostenuto pedal in the middle. I am happy with the purchase overall. Although I would prefer a real piano, with my space and price limitations, this definitely fits my needs at the moment.

I bought this hoping to avoid the troubles others we’re having g with paint issues and non working keys. I am glad I did! This took me 25 minutes to assemble with my 5 year old so very easy to assemble. The paint or sticky paper is not peeled or cracked on any of our pieces and it plays wonderfully. Perfect for beginners with small space.

I bought this piano for my wife to replace her unweighted keyboard. It was well packaged and arrived with no defects. Assembly went smoothly and only took about 30 minutes. The base consists of only 4 parts: the legs, the pedal bar and a backboard and it goes together very easily. You may want to ask a helper to lift the keyboard onto the base to save yourself frustration and avoid falling. Donner also includes extra hardware in case you break or lose something...
One thing to know beforehand is that this thing is heavy. Two people or a stair trolley are required to move the crate up the stairs. Also, the keys sit about 1 inch lower than our other keyboard (28 inches instead of 29, and a regular piano is 28.5).
The piano looks and sounds great: It looks more "professional" than our other plastic keyboards. The lid is a nice touch to keep dust and dirt off the keys. Another nice touch is the lid support, which prevents the lid from slamming shut. When you close the lid, it lowers slowly, so there's no risk of someone smashing their fingers.
Overall we are very satisfied with this piano. We get the real piano feel without the weight (or need for tuning) of a real piano.
Being a piano player, my wife has some comments on playability:
The black keys feel like real wooden piano keys. When playing, the white keys feel a little heavier than the pianos I've played lately, but it's easy enough to get used to. The keyboard is slightly lower than any keyboard or piano I've ever played. However, if you are using an adjustable piano bench, this is an easy fix. Even without it, the lower height isn't a distraction. It's nice to have a keyboard that has a fully functional soft pedal and a sostenuto pedal (like a real piano would have). While there are aspects that aren't what I expected, I'm impressed with the sound, the overall size (particularly the width), and the looks.

This piano and company are fantastic! We bought this piano for our son because he was getting pretty serious about playing piano. The sound is excellent. It sounds just like a real piano and our son says it is exactly the same as playing a real piano. Plus, this unit is beautiful as well! We will continue to use Donner as my son progresses with his piano playing abilities.

The product itself is a good product. My only complaint would be the shipping service that is used. UPS does not handle their packages with care received first piano damaged and broken but donner was apt to send me a replacement so I am great full for that. Overall experience with donner has been pleasant. Would highly highly recommend using a different courier though.

Before my purchase I read a lot of feedbacks/reviews. There were several neg. ones mainly about damaged ones (shipping issues I think/hope). Mine arrived in excellent condition and looks like a new piano should. Highly recommend purchasing a Donner piano. The sound is great everything I expected. If you get a good deal on one Buy It.

The headphone jack is 3.5 mm; you will need a converter to 2.5 mm.
Also no Bluetooth, and that the only reason I give the 4 star. In general it a great piano.

I gave up my real piano years ago because we were moving a lot & it was just too hard to move. Got a keyboard. Am retired now with more time to play. Found I hated the sound & feel of the keyboard so I decided to try this digital piano. Love it! Wish I’d had it all my life. Sounds like a piano, the keys have the right feel of a piano, it’s easy to move around, & as an added bonus, I can use headphones so I don’t feel like I’m disturbing my husband. Easy to assemble.
