Returns Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To start a return, you must notify us and get a return address. Please note that if the item is returned without notification and communication within 30 days after it is delivered, the returned parcel will be disposed and the refund will not be initiated.

1.Products with quality-related issues . Donner will be responsible for any shipping fees incurred Communicate about the details,and get RMA APPLICATION FORM from our Service Staff when you want to return the products of you order. Then fill the form and print it.
2.Products with no quality-related issues. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

It is an excellent instrument, it was purchased as an entry level instrument for a child under 13 years old, however it is robust enough for any musician to play at a quality well above the competition in the price range. It is my first instrument from this brand, but now I want more.
