Looking at the terrible treatment of the package by the delivery man, I have to admire the quality of packing. I wish you could warn the buyers that they need a couple of strong men to finish the assembly of the piano . Otherwise, everything went well.

The Donner DDP-400 Digital Piano is an amazing instrument! Particularly the weighted keys...as close to an acoustic piano ( which I have) as I imagine can be achieved. My son and daughter, both 13 years of age and beginner piano students, are in love with it.

The piano looks and feels good, being a beginner it sounds good to me. Putting it together was easy and not complicated at all.
I took away one star because of packaging. The box came all beat up with extra tape keeping it together. Corners were crush and flopping open. The piano took 11 days to get here and now this. I unpacked slowly and almost every piece of Styrofoam was crush and in pieces. Thankfully there was minimal damage, a corner was chipped off and other small scratches that are not visible. Need to pay a little more to your China connection to get better packaging for this 140lb box. Also I'm almost sure it left your warehouse in this condition before USP made it worst. I still would recommend this piano and happy with my purchase.

I wanted to take some time with this product to really establish a well-rounded review of the pros and cons, but I just can’t seem to find many (if any) real complaints. This is my first time ordering a Donner product, and I am absolutely satisfied. The aesthetic is very consistent with what you would expect from a traditional piano. They did a good job utilizing different textures and finishes, the keyboard cover glides very nicely, the keys are adequately weighted, the height is correct, the LED display is super visible, and overall there is a wide range of instrumental variations you can play with. The ability to connect with Bluetooth is nice, and something that I’ve been using to practice playing while hearing songs at the same time so I can work on my timing. The sound comes from the under side of where the keys are, which creates a nice tone acoustically. Also, the traditional settings for piano, grand piano, organ, etc. all sound very much like they should and are not as electronic as I had expected. I do wish the foot pedals didn’t have as much resistance in them as they do, and of course a piano bench would have made

I love the style & color of this piano, really suit our home well!!!!. This is a great digital piano for beginners. I haven't discovered everything of it yet but, I am happy to have it. It is beautiful & compact. Perfect for small spaces & great addition for your home decor. I highly recommend Donner DDP-400 digital piano.

Overall the piano looks and sounds great. However, instructions are poorly written (or poorly translated) and the slider handle was ripped off prior to opening. 2 of the screws came out of it and are yet to be found and, due to the construction, it I'd impossible to screw them back in without taking the entire cabinet apart. Was able to salvage with gorilla wood glue and clamps, but was incredibly disappointed at the lack of build quality the main host possesses.

As for function, the keys are indeed weighted which makes playing feel better and helps control how loud each note is played. The keys are evenly spaced with no weird gaps or spaces. I like 'em, but I'm not finicky either.
It can do a little recording, but the reality is that you'll just run MIDI into a computer for that. Selecting voices is a bit slow and clunky because you have to press a button to move from one to the next. Holding the button down does get it to scan, but the scan is slow. It would be better to have a knob that you just crank to get where you want. The voices it does have are nice and huge fun to play with.

This is an absolutely stunning electric piano, the look and feel are more like a real piano - and a very high quality one at that! My Mom was a church organist and we always had an upright piano in the house. I wanted the same experience for my kids, but buying and moving a real piano just wasn't in the cards (not to mention the required annual maintenance - professional tuning, etc).
Enter the Donner 88-key digital piano! This is no ordinary electric piano - the action and quality of the keys mimic that of a grand piano! The finish is that of a high quality piece of wood furniture and the sound quality is absolutely stunning! It sounds so much like a real piano, I honestly forgot I was playing an electric! 5-melodic-stars!

We ordered this piano for our children to learn and play, we are no experts so here are just our experiences with this piano.
It was raining the day it was delivered and the box had a hole but inside seems well packed and well protected. Nothing was damaged.

The weight of the keys feels great and natural to us.
The sound! For now, we only use the acoustic grand piano and the bright acoustic piano. We don't think the sound will change but my wife thinks it sounds muffled at first, but after playing every day for at least one month, she feels the sound is actually clear and wonderful! Or maybe she just grew into it and loves the sound now.

Very pleasantly surprised with how soon the piano arrived.
First grand piano I've ever moved to the second floor by myself that didn't need some tuning after doing so. It was simple to move and assemble.
Sounds delightful to hear my grandchildren practice on it. Considering some lessons for myself. I'm hoping that it will give me many years of service.
I think that this instrument can easily be compared with any similar Yamaha or Roland, not to mention, at more favourable price point!

Easy to assemble. Great digital piano for beginners. The sound quality is good. The design looks fantastic. There is a cover to protect the keyboard when it is not in used. There are many music templates to be used on the left control panel. Then the user can choose either basic piano mode or other specific music modes. Highly recommend this digital piano to beginners.
