    QUESTIONS & ANSWERS

    Ask a Question
    • What are the differences between HUSH-I Pro and HUSH-I, and who are they each suitable for?

The HUSH-I Pro is equipped with a sophisticated integrated effects processor module, catering to the seasoned guitarist with high expectations for tonal variety. Seamless Bluetooth connectivity for backing tracks, an internal sound card for direct recording capabilities, and a selection of emulated acoustic guitar tones streamline the setup process, eliminating the need for complex pedalboards and wiring. This makes it an ideal choice for at-home practice and live performances.

On the other hand, the HUSH-I is designed with budding guitarists and performers who seek the pure essence of acoustic guitar sound in mind. Compared to the Pro version, the HUSH-I offers a more simplified interface and functionality, perfect for newcomers to the guitar and those who prioritize straightforward acoustic playability.

    • What are the built-in sound effects of the HUSH-I Pro?

The HUSH-I Pro boasts an array of built-in sound effects, including Dynamics with Compression, Drive with Overdrive, and an Exciter. The Modulation suite features Chorus, Phaser, Tremolo, Flanger, and Auto-Wah. There are also 5 types of Delay, 5 Reverb variations, and 8 distinct Guitar Cabinet IR simulations. For a detailed experience of these tonal possibilities, refer to the HUSH-I Pro sound demo videos.

    • How to adjust the action?

To adjust the string action on the HUSH-I Pro, which comes with standard spacing (approximately 2.5mm for the sixth string and 2.0mm for the first string at the 12th fret), ensure to inspect the neck's curvature. Utilize the truss rod adjustment tool to assess and modify the neck relief as necessary to maintain optimal string height. Please proceed with caution and consult after-sales service for guidance if you are uncertain about your ability to make these adjustments to prevent potential damage that could void the warranty.

    • Is it able to connect to Bluetooth speakers?

The HUSH-I Pro currently does not support Bluetooth connectivity to speakers. However, it does offer Bluetooth connectivity for accompanying track playback through devices such as smartphones. Please note that to hear the playback, you will need to use headphones. Once connected via Bluetooth to your smartphone, you can play songs or backing tracks, plug your headphones into the HUSH-I Pro, and play along with the sound of the accompaniment in your ears.

    • How to tune?

The HUSH-I Pro features an integrated tuner module that can be accessed as needed. To use it, open the HUSH-I Pro control panel and rotate the EDIT knob clockwise to the bottom position to activate the tuner module. Additionally, you can adjust the standard A frequency (default is 440Hz) to your personal preference by turning the SELECT knob.

For tuning, you can use the small cross wrench located at the base of the guitar body. If the pitch is too high, the white dot will move to the right in the app. If the pitch is too low, the white dot will shift to the left in the app. When the pitch is correct, the white dot will be centered in the app.
