Really a killer.

This pedal is small, simple to use and works great. Love it!

Brilliant! Super quick postage!! Great price!! I’ll be back!!

This little green machine does the job of pedals that are twice the size and price. It sharpened up my distortion pedals to the point where my crappy Crate amp sounds nearly studio quality.

My husband has been using Donner products since 2015 and he said its never failed. Always reliable and worth the money. So only positive reviews even for the Noise Killer. Does what it needs to do.

It does the job..

I was very surprised to receive this noise killer mini pedal from Donner, nice looks in the packaging, very affordable price, great quality, an it works very well killing the hum from my guitar. Well done Donner !!!!

This is a necessary tool and a great one at that! easy use and looks good on the pedal board. Functionis on the money with a very sensitive gate . Excellent response time. You need a KILLER

This pedal works really well! It has two modes of noise cancellation: hard and soft. The hard mode clips immediately when the signal level drops below the threshold; in the soft mode, the cancellation trails a bit. For its price tag, the product's quality is unbelievable. Personally, with a noise gate, I'm able to bump up my distortion settings without the buzzing noise when the guitar is not played. I'd recommend this to anyone who wants a noise gate but is on a budget. Even if you're a pro player looking for a good noise gate, this is a good pedal to have.

This mini-pedal does the same amount of work as its much larger, much more expensive neighbors! I've tried them all and the Donner pedals are simply great. The quality is solid and the performance is transparent - which is the perfect recipe for a Noise Gate. Even with insane amounts of gain blowing through it, the filter gently wraps it in peaceful bliss ... and then crucifies it! Pure tone, easy use, and you cannot beat the price: if you don't have a Noise Gate, then you need the Noise Killer by Donner.

I have a modest pedalboard setup for myself in my home studio. I just play for myself mostly but as I've added some pedals the noise from my amp has gotten worse. It's especially bad with gain and if I include my Retro Vibe pedal it's really bad. The Donner noise gate has eliminated 100% of the hum and buzz. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a really affordable noise gate. Couldn't be happier.

A lot of people swear by the EHX Silencer. I found this little Noise Gate to be nearly as effective at killing unwanted hum and feedback, easier to configure and 15% of the price. Granted, it won't smooth out the sound while a note is played, but even the Silencer has similar limits. This is well worth it, and if you're building a sound palette on a budget, you need this pedal. Plus, it won't take up too much real estate on your board. I included a picture of my current rig to give a sense of its small footprint.

If you are looking for a great pedal for a great price, I’d definitely recommend DonnerDeals. They always have great prices and sales, and they pedals are incredibly well built and sound great! It’s always “sketchy” buying a Noise Gate pedal, because some work and some don’t, some work with some pedals, and some don’t work with some pedals. I’ve used this Noise Gate live on stage, and once I got it dialed in it working wonderfully! It does exactly what it’s supposed to do at a great price! Donner pedals are always well built and durable, and this is no exception. I’ve used this pedal with a few different pedals, guitars, amps, and even cables, and it never failed me! If you’d like to hear it, or see it, I added a video and Picture.

I bought this pedal to replace a Rocktron Hush that was stolen with a bunch of my gear a few months back. Construction wise, very well built, heavy, and I like the sleek design...very easy to fit onto my pedalboard and has the jack to plug into my power supply. The dial is surprisingly sharp...whereas the Hush, while a great suppress pedal in it's own right, was kind of "tone-killing" after a certain point so to speak. I haven't really experimented with the hard/soft switch yet much, but I'm sure there's players out there who know how to utilize this more than I do. I have a few other Donner pedals, and while they might not be big-name or to professional standards, for the hobby home guitarist like me, the value can't be beat.

This pedal does exactly what it says it does. For the price it’s hard to give it a bad review. Solid pedal and feels well constructed. It removes all noise with room to keep increasing the level. I run a pretty dirty rig with high gain pedals and high gain amps and it makes my setup silent.

Absolutely awesome. From the reviews alone and the demonstration videos online, I had a pretty solid expectation in ordering this thing. I've had it for a few days, placed it nicely in my pedal order and its done exactly what it's built for. No complaints. You just have to find exactly what threshold you're looking for and you're good to go. Dead quiet, no hum.
It's built pretty solid, (much heavier than I expected for how small it is) and its really compact so it leaves plenty of space for other pedals. I'd say it really completes my whole setup.

So far so good! love the small foot print takes up little space on my holy board. My current rig is a MESA dual rectifier with a Orange 4x12 cab. Using the donner after the tube screamer TS808. The donner took the noise right out of it I was completely impressed. Outstanding product will update this weekend might upload a video and some picks.

Of course, everyone's playing is different, and you will want to find the sweet spot for the nuances in your playing style. I would suggest once you find the spot where the gate closes, maybe dial it back just a bit. I find the pedal works best right after the distortion/OD pedals in my set up. If I were using the gain stage on my amp, I would throw the Noise Killer into the FX loop as the first pedal.

This true bypass Noise Killer pedal runs on a 9v adapter, which is not included, features a hard/soft switch as well as a threshold knob for adjusting the noise reduction degree. When the signal is above where the threshold is set, the gate will open. If that signal falls below the threshold, then the gate is closed. The higher you set the threshold, the stronger the signal will need to be to open the gate. The hard/soft switch determines how abrupt or gradual the gate closes. I personally prefer the hard setting on this pedal since the soft setting seems to delay the closing of the gate about an extra second. Also, note, a noise gate doesn't remove unwanted noise from the signal. When the gate is open both the signal and the noise will pass through.

If you are looking for a simple, easy to use and understand pedal to reduce your noise, then the Noise Killer is for you. This pedal is sold at a super affordable price, has small foot print, and is housed in a very nice strong metal casing. All connections, including power, were tight and sturdy. And it's GREEN too!

I recently ordered this mini pedal because I am someone on a limited budget and in search of great tone for less money. I was happily surprised when this pedal arrived and it's fantastic. It comes in a very nice box and is built very well. It is a metal housing and all the jacks, buttons and knobs are well constructed and housed. The best part is that it does EXACTLY what it is supposed to do. When turning the knob it slowly reduces noise and hum that you may get from other pedals before it (or pickups) so when you have your hand off the guitar there's no buzz at all. It also doesn't change your tone at all (which was a huge concern of mine going in). Overall I'd recommend this pedal to anyone. It's a great small pedal that does it's job very well and you don't have to break the bank for it.

Donner Noise Killer is a Limiter effects mini pedal. Very well built & comes in it's own nice little box. The limiter is pretty simple to use. you just set the threshold to your liking. There is a choice between a Hard & Soft Effect. All of the Donner products that I have purchased have been great! their prices are also very reasonable especially when compared to other pedals on the market.
